Can't export a folder using the mobile app.
Why i can't export folder in Mobile App? This is necessary. Why is it prohibited?

You're right. Exporting a folder locally to your device isn't currently possible.
Your needs are a priority for us and they allow us to fully appreciate how Dropbox fits into and influences your daily routine.
This is why I'd suggest that you post this as a feature request under our "Ideas" board, so that other users can upvote it too. And who knows? Our developers might decide to implement it. 🙃
In the meantime, you can always select all of the files inside that folder, and save them locally to your mobile.
