Dropbox Document Not received in GMAIL
Hello,
I have been provided a link to sign a document. When I click the link, it routes me to the Dropbox Sign. On this page, there is a message for me to enter my email and after that I receive this "We just sent you an email. Please open it and click 'Review Document'." I have been checking my email but it has been for hours now that I have not been receiving any email from Dropbox Sign. Please help.

Thank you for your assistance.
I tried opening the link to the document using Mozilla Firefox, Chrome, and MS Edge. Still the same. I also opened my gmail using these browsers and still didn't work.

Can you also add noreply@mail.hellosign.com to your email contacts? I’d like to make sure that your email address isn’t filtering out Dropbox Sign emails, in general.
If this doesn’t work either, let me know and I can log a ticket for you (to this email address).

Thanks for the revert. I already added noreply@mail.hellosign.com to my email contacts. Still didn't work. Hope we can find a solution to this the soonest.
