I wasn't able to reproduce this issue on my end; can you please clear your browsers' cache to see if that helps?
Also, try from a private browsing window and let me know what you find.

Hannah Cleared the cache and the same thing happened. Trying a Private browser window results in me not being able to login because a 2 factor authentication message was not able to be sent. Also now getting the same 2 factor error when trying to login with Safari in a non private window.
