Please improve the user experience on the Dropbox website.

As I've written before, I love dropbox – but I hate anytime I have to use it through a browser – for example, to change settings, manage Dropbox Transfers, use Replay, etc.

There are so many problems, so many pain points, so many frustrations. If you tested on just three people, I'm sure you would come up with a list of at least 20 things to improve.

A few off the top of my head:

  • You cannot batch-delete transfers, forced to delete one-by-one, in a three-click process
  • You cannot change the default expiration date for transfers
  • It's almost impossible to find how to navigate to Dropbox Transfer, Replay, etc.
  • The branding options are 20 years behind
  • Etc, etc

It's shocking that a company of your size could last so long with these flaws. Are there only five people working for dropbox?

    First off, I’d like to thank you for the feedback you’ve shared with us. 

    What I’d suggest is taking each one of these points and posting them as separate ideas (with these steps) while providing as many details as possible for each idea. 

    The reason being these are separate tasks that could potentially be assigned to different teams. That way, we can make sure each idea has as great a chance as possible to be implemented.

    Thanks for the reply Nancy:) I may not do that, because I'm a busy person, and I protect my time -- but if you test just three non-employee, normal-person users, trying to make changes and use your different services (Transfer, Replay, branding, receiving files as a non-member) using your online interface, you will discover countless annoyances far faster than I could write a list:)
