Being charged for an annual subscription, but I'm on the Basic plan. How can I cancel?
I am being charged 120 annual fee. When I go to cancel it says I have a free basic plan. When I look up the transaction id and cc based on other articles, the link does not work and won’t give me any...

13 days agoHi there Frustrateduser8 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
You should be able to contact our support team through an incognito window while you're not signed into any Dropbox account by using this form normally.
That said, I just sent you an email to have a further look internally, so please take a look at your inbox and we'll take it from there.
