How can I be refunded? I can't seem to contact support.

I recently signed up for a free 30 day trial and cancelled my subscription back to basic before the 30 days elapsed. However my credit card was charged and seeking a refund. It does not appear easy to go through support or get in contact with anyone who can provide assistance. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

    Hey John McFadden! Thanks for posting on our Community today. 

    How did you upgrade your Dropbox account? Did you do it via www.dropbox.com or the iTunes/Google Play platform? 

    Can you also clarify when you opted in for a trial and when you were actually charged for a paid plan? When did you cancel the plan exactly?

    Let me know once you have more details.

    I upgraded through dropbox direct. i  cancelled my plan on 27th May when the billing was to commence on June 1st
