Email deleted No Accessible

The email address associated with my PAID SUBSCRIPTION has been terminated and I cannot access my Dropbox account because I keep getting requested to answer the Auth Email that Dropbox is sending to the non existent email address

    To do that, open an incognito/private browsing window on your browser and go to this page, fill out the form and submit your request.

    Hey there Suz2001 - sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

     

    When you say 'Auth Email' could you elaborate a bit for us please? 

     

    Are you able to re-create the email address by any chance? 

     

    Let us know more and we'll take it from there.

    The email address was   removed as far as I can see

    We also had an outlook address of removed  but I believe that was old

    Hi Suz2001, can you clarify if you're talking about our 6-digit security code, or if the account was using 2FA

     

    Is it possible to reach out to the email service provider, to ask them to re-enable the email?

    What Im saying is that I cannot get the Author code that Dropbox requests when you want to sign in to your account thru my emails as the email registered with Dropbox no longer exists - the provider is also not available

    Hi Walter

     

    The email address is gone - no chance of rectifying it as the company no longer supports emails

     

    All I want to do is have access to my subscription and without the Authorisation Code that is sent by Dropbox to my (now defunked )email I cannot get in to at least change the email address to my current one
