Allow a href (local) and H1/H2 tags in forum posting?
Subject: Forum Editor – Frustrating HTML Restrictions Hello, me again! I tried posting an idea for the markup/screenshot feature, but ran into multiple restrictions in the forum editor. I kept getting this annoying error: Content not published (links to forum entries, should be allowed!) Your post contains invalid HTML. Remove the following invalid tags before publishing: a, a (class), a (data-lia-auto-title), a (data-lia-auto-title-active) And then again: Content not published Your post contains invalid HTML. Remove the following invalid tags before publishing: span (data-testid) And most frustrating of all: Content not published Your post contains invalid HTML. Remove the following invalid tags before publishing: h1 This makes it really hard to write a structured post. Could you please either allow standard HTML tags (like headers (h1/h2) and a href links), or remove the formatting/link buttons from the editor if they cause errors? Wouldn’t it be amazing if we could customize our Dropbox folders to make them more visually appealing and easier to organize? I think adding more options to personalize folders could make a big difference, and I’d love to hear what others think about this idea! Here are a few features I’d suggest: Folder Colors: Imagine being able to color-code your folders—so much easier to spot what you need at a glance! Custom Icons: A simple icon, like a music note for your playlists or a book for your eBooks, could make folders feel more intuitive. This icon could be applied to the already existing folder image, or replace the folder with just an icon. Upload Your Own Images: Personalize your workspace with photos or unique images as folder covers—practical and fun! These tweaks wouldn’t just look great; they’d make organizing and navigating files so much smoother. Plus, other platforms already offer similar options, and it would be awesome to see Dropbox join in! Can't create new folder in Dropbox folder in Mac
Hello, I'm on Macbook running Sequoia 15.4 I can't create a New folder inside the Dropbox folder. As you can see in the screenshot below, the New Folder option is being greyed out. This is so frustrating because I can create a new folder just fine on any other folder outside Dropbox. Fyi, I can create a new folder just fine in Web Dropbox. DropBox was installed with the Admin account. Therefore, it has admin privileges.
Can I create a document in my Dropbox folder with links to items in shared links?
Hi, I have a folder in my dropbox with a different item on each page. I have also done a contents page listing each item. I would like to be able to tap on an item in the contents and it take me straight to the specific page. Each page has a specific title. Is it possible to do this and if so, how....I aren't great at the IT aspects so any simple guidance would be great. I have seen music/song books where you can go to a song in the contents and you can tap on the one you want and it takes you straight to that page/ song. There is also a note on each page you can tap and it takes you back to the contents. Clever stuff....thankyou. .
Unable to create or add new files to my Dropbox team admin account
I cannot make a folder within dropbox or save any document or file directly to Dropbox. If I want to put something in the Dropbox, I have to do a manual transfer every time. I am the admin of my Dropbox and my colleague has no problem doing this. A banned symbol is shown everytime I attempt to drag a file from my computer files into the Dropbox. Please help!
