Can we search mp3 files by bitrate on the website?

Is there a way to search a folder and have the results show mp3 files by a certain bitrate? In Windows Explorer you can do this by entering into the search field things like

bitrate: 24kbps

or

kind:music bitrate:>127kbps

or

bitrate:>127kbps

When I type any of those search strings into a Dropbox search, it says no results found.

    Hi TERRACE_87

This isnt possible with Dropbox, no.

All the search fields, etc., you can use are available here and here- however, basically, its text search in documents or image recognition only.

You may wish to start a feature request for it over here instead.

Hi TERRACE_87 and welcome back to the Dropbox Community. I am glad to see that you have added this to our ideas section, hopefully this will be implemented in the future.

On a separate note, I'm Theresa 👩‍💻, one of the Community Managers around here. You’ll often spot me diving into conversations or starting new topics across the forum.

I noticed from your post that you’re working with sound files - are you a musician or a sound engineer by any chance?

Just curious… do you have a favorite Dropbox feature? I’d love to know what you enjoy most, and how Dropbox fits into your daily routine.

    Looking forward to your reply,

    T😺 (Dropbox Community Manager)
