My uploads are extremely slow. Can you help?
My upload speed is 23 MBs and usually I can upload 98 Gigs in 2 hours. I have been doing this for 6 years as a professional photographer and now my business at a complete haul with this issue. Any help would be appreciated. FYI, we do not use the Deskstop version just Web version and it;s been fine, we have a 1TB left is space.

Hi Leighton, Nflight, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Could you try switching browsers to see if this helps?
Otherwise, you can try using incognito/private browsing mode without any extensions running, clearing your cache and even resetting your browser entirely.
Let me know how it goes.

Hannah, we are also experiencing the same issue as documented here from our data centers in the US and Australia as well as from another cloud hosters data center..
We tried Chrome and Edge and the data centers have no bandwidth throttling or throughput issues on the pipes.
It is currently unusables telling us it would take 4 days to upload a 15GB file and timing out anyway after 30 minutes

Hi richard_duffy, in order to look into this matter in more detail, I'd recommend contacting the support team directly for them to investigate further.
