No storage space
I've emptied by Dropbox of all files, but I'm getting messages that say I have no space left and must upgrade.
I also get a message that says Dropbox has stopped syncing. I have two devices: computer and phone. I've made sure that files on both have been emptied.
Are the two problems tied together? If not, how do I fix the "no storage" problem? Is so, how do I fix the "not syncing" problem?
Thanks.
i would but i finally got it to delete all of them. I had to unlink everything and delete links to all my diff computers. Honestly I don't know how i actually finally got it to work. I never not an error, they just would not go away.

Have you checked your Backups page? Also, take a screenshot of your usage as shown on your Plan page and reply with it here. It should look like this:

Most likely, yes. If you're over your quota, Dropbox will stop syncing because there's no space left in your account.

Then you likely have the backup feature enabled and you're backing up your computer or an external drive. Delete the backup if you no longer need it and you reclaim that space.

Hey Sandie627 - sorry to hear about this.
Could you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting when trying to delete your backup to make up space on your account?
