I can't open my Excel files via the Dropbox app; Microsoft Excel becomes unresponsive.
I can not open my Excel files from Dropbox. I can open if I move them locally.

No problem opening Word files. It is syncing fine. Our Dropbox is the latest version.

Thanks for the update on this darnjack - could you clarify the exact status and version of the app as shown in your system tray for us darnjack?
Does this persist for all of your Excel files or only some of them? Did you try reinstalling the apps and/or rebooting your computer since you first noticed this?
