Excel crashes when opening a file from Dropbox
Hello. This just started occurring yesterday for one of my machines. I have files stored on Dropbox sync'd through filer explorer. When I open the file from dropbox (file explorer), excel quits responding. When I open the same file from my Desktop, Excel works as normal. Dropbox is listed as a connected service in Excel and there have been no issues before yesterday. I have updated office and performed a repair without luck. Any thoughts?
'Can't open file' error when opening Excel documents on iPad only
I cannot open Excel files on my iPad for the last few weeks. I get the error message: "Can't open file. Sorry, something went wrong and [document] can't open. The error doesn't happen on my iPhone or Desktop; only the Microsoft Excel files seem affected. I'm up to date with iPad software and Dropbox app. I would appreciate help.
On Mac, cannot add 'Dropbox for Teams' as a storage account
Someone in our small org is trying to enable co-authoring from Microsoft Office desktop apps. Looks like someone was able to add 'Dropbox for Teams' as a storage account but that's not showing up for us on a Mac running Sequoia with updated Microsoft Office and Dropbox app. Is anyone able to add it in Word, Excel, or PowerPoint on their Mac? Notification: "Repair Outlook"
I have 5 computers all of which run Windows 11. I've had frequent trouble syncing my Word File which has my calendars and to-dos. Now my HP laptop has a notification: "Repair Outlook": "This will clear local settings and delete any unsaved Outlook data. Do you want to continue?". Should I click "Yes" or "No"??? Dove
Access Blocked: Dropbox's request does not comply with Google policies.
Hi I am trying to open an Excel workbook via Dropbox on my S24 Ultra so that it will save directly to it. I go through the log in process for Dropbox in Excel and I'm getting a message saying "Access blocked: Dropbox's request does not comply with Google's policies". I've tried add Dropbox directly in the app and I get the same message. Please help!
