Received "Team" renewal notice but I don't have a Dropbox for Teams account
Hi. Anyone know how to contact Dropbox customer service? I don't use the service anymore but I received a renewal notice for a "Dropbox for Teams" subscription. I've NEVER had that. The last time I encountered a billing problem with Dropbox it took six months to resolve.

Let's see what we can find out about this.
Was this notice some kind of notification within your Dropbox account, for example, on the website or the mobile app? Or was it an email notification?
If it was an email, I'd suggest checking the email address it went to; is it the same as the one you're currently using to log in to your Dropbox account?
If not, it probably means that you have a second Dropbox account and I would suggest logging in with the email address in question, to check that account out and see what you can find.
