Can you put the selective sync option in the icon drop-down menu for the desktop app?
It takes way too many clicks to access selective sync.
Please put it in the icon pop-up menu.

This should be a super simple fix. Just add the selective sync option in the dropdown menu. It should take us directly to the selective sync option that's already in the program.

Hi Ryan,
So I have multiple computers, both Mac & PC. Been using Dropbox for as long as I can remember.
The thing is, a lot of Macs come with 512GB or less, and I use the selective sync a bunch since a lot of the files I use are large. For this, I use Selective Sync often. The problem with using the Keep on Cloud only is that you still have to dig through folders, select all the files, etc.
Thanks! - RyanFromDropbox3 months ago
Dropbox Product Manager
Hey, BobJ -- Thanks for reaching out! I'm on the Product team at Dropbox, and I'd love to learn a bit more about your request for our team.
To start, I'd love to hear a bit more about how you're using Selective Sync. Can you give me a sense of your workflow and how frequently you're accessing it?
As far as your specific request: are you envisioning this in the right-click menu when you're browsing files in your Finder/Explorer? Or are you asking about adding this to the dropdown menu when you click your account/avatar in the top-right corner of the Desktop Tray (the surface that opens when you click the Dropbox icon in the menubar/taskbar)?
Thanks so much!
Cheers,
Ryan
