Issue with resizing text/signature boxes on the Signatures page
Is anyone else having issues resizing boxes on a document that you are trying to send for signature? I can move the boxes around the document but can no longer resize them to fit in a particular area. I tried two different browsers, etc... Its like the ability to resize just disappeared.

Hello, I've been using this service for two plus years without issue and now I'm getting an error message when I try to submit a document for a client's signature. I've tried a separate wifi connection, incognito mode and a different browser. No idea why this is happening now. Please help.
The Dropbox integration isn't working on Dropbox Sign; I can't save my signed documents to Dropbox.
I have spent too much time over the past two days at work trying to set up a contract for signature because the signature tab will no longer be a feature for self-signing or sending a document for signature through Dropbox on or after 5/29/25. The document does not load after clicking the Dropbox icon, signing in, and choosing the document within the folder that I need to route for signature. Support closed my ticket via email after focusing more on the difference between my email address and my username which has the unlimited signature annual subscription (my company updated their website domain a handful of years ago). Can someone please advise on how to proceed to send signature requests or even self-sign a document with the Dropbox integration on or after 5/29/25? I prefer using the Dropbox integration because you can set it up to save the signed document automatically. Dear DropBox, I tried to cancel/decline three documents that are pending my signature because I do not want to sign them and I do not want to contact the signer. When I contacted your help team and sent screenshots, they told me that the senders cancelled their accounts and that I cannot decline the documents because they were initiated via a template link. Would you please add the functionality so that users can always cancel pending signature requests, no matter how the user sent them (including documents initiated via a template link)? I included the message from customer support below. Kind regards, Vasco You don't have the ability to decline because it was initiated via a template link. For template link requests the option to decline the request is unfortunately not available to the recipient. This is expected behaviour, as template link requests are designed differently from standard or bulk send requests. Because of this setup, only the sender has the ability to cancel the request—they control the workflow since the document is generated directly from a link rather than being individually addressed. Our documentation for decline options is only for non template link requests. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reply to this email.I can only add 1 signer to a document
Hello, I'm trying to send a document for signature, but when I click on 'Add another signer', it won't allow me to add one. I see this question was resolved about 25 days ago with another user after they cleared their history/cache and temp files - which I've done. I've tried using both Ecosia (default browser) and Chrome, and the problem exists in both places. I don't really want to download any more browsers. What else can I do? Thanks Pam
I can't add a third signer when sending a request via the Signatures tab.
Hi, I have the same problem and have tried with a different browser and even incognito mode on my current one. When I try to enter a third signer/receiver of a PDF-file which I want to be signed - a message appears that only two signers is possible. I have done this hundreds of times and have never had the above problem. Thanks in advance.
