Getting an error "Your request contains errors and/or invalid data." when submitting document
Hello,
I've been using this service for two plus years without issue and now I'm getting an error message when I try to submit a document for a client's signature. I've tried a separate wifi connection, incognito mode and a different browser. No idea why this is happening now. Please help.

Can you please clarify if this happens with only this specific document or if it's affecting all of your docs?
If it's the latter, may we reach out via email perhaps to investigate further?

I can send the same document to myself. I can't send it to the recipient's email address, which I've confirmed is a valid email address. It's a gmail address.

As a test, are you able to send it to any other email address with no issues at all?
Also, can you confirm that you're using Dropbox Sign to do this and not the Signature hub on Dropbox.com?

Yes, I'm using dropbox sign. Yes, I'm able to send to other recipients / email addresses. The problem appears to be isolated to a single recipient. I am using the same email address to send the document for signature as I am to communicate with them outside of dropbox sign. Hope this is clear.
