Can you please clarify if this happens with only this specific document or if it's affecting all of your docs?
If it's the latter, may we reach out via email perhaps to investigate further?

I can send the same document to myself. I can't send it to the recipient's email address, which I've confirmed is a valid email address. It's a gmail address.

As a test, are you able to send it to any other email address with no issues at all?
Also, can you confirm that you're using Dropbox Sign to do this and not the Signature hub on Dropbox.com?
