Camera Upload thumbnail not showing on mac
I use Smart Sync I'm on a Macbook Air Ventura 13.5.2 I know SmartSync doesn't download the files to your laptop but I'm pretty sure I used to get low-res thumbnails of the images in my Camera Upload folder Since updating to the newest OS that seems to not work anymore and I just see the generic icons now. If I "make it available offline" then it downloads the image and the thumbnail works but I'd love to have a low-res thumbnail so I can tell if I should download it or not.
Photos don't load on mobile app (android) or desktop (windows)
This has been going on for a while. The photos are there - they are visible in grid - but if I try to view them, Dropbox stalls, apparently trying to load all the photos in the folder. If I choose OPEN WITH for any individual photo, Dropbox will load with any of a number of applications offered. But that means I can only view one photo at a time and cannot scroll through all photos in the folder. Viewing any photo individually in this way does not mean that it will be visible in dropbox afterwards. Making them viewable offline doesn't make any difference.
The transcription changes language based on the accent of the speaker.
this is weird. so I have a speech from a french guy with a french accent but talking in english. when I run it through dropbox's transcription, several times the transcription translates what he is saying in english into french. this has happened more than once with different speakers with accents, it auto translates it into their native language.
How can I hide photos from the Photos tab without deleting them from Dropbox?

We used to love to use Dropbox to play music for recitals because it would automatically stop after each song. I have noticed that recently this feature has been removed and now it immediately goes to the next song and plays it. I had the The same problem ..is what happened was you need to search for "modified date" ..May will appear as the last thing that you downloaded in the gallery.. The files were downloaded all the time to your phone They were there Just way up in front with the original date of the time you took the picture.

I have received some comments from a consultant on a pdf set of plans from a consultant. When I go to click on the comment to read it, the three dots for options, the tick to mark the thread as resolved and the emoji reaction all obscure the right hand side of the text so the comment can not be read. I would suggest moving these three options up so that each comment can be read in full. Current hack is to click on the comment to get the gist of it and then go back out to find it so you can read it in full.
I just want to see my files after opening the app on the tablet.
I know they will not do anything about it, I am not naive. I just find it ridiculous with their automated replies... I don't know how it is for others, but Dropbox is a Cloud service last time I checked...I want to see my files, nothing else, my own files in my folders, not a nonsense ideas menu or whatever they are forcing me. I have this paper that was written on google docs and when I uploaded it to dropbox all of the hanging indents were no longer. The hanging indents then turned into straight left sided pagination with no indents. The thing is I uploaded the same exact paper weeks prior, just now I made a few changes. The paper uploaded prior shows the hanging indents! This new upload does not. What do I do to fix this?
