The transcription changes language based on the accent of the speaker.

Is this something you experience on multiple browsers (or even in incognito mode)?

I’d also like to know if this is a recent behavior, or if you were always having this issue when using the Dropbox transcription. 

Finally, can you send me an example screenshot of what you see on your end?

I’d definitely recommend testing this on a different one in the meantime, so that we can isolate the issue.

I don't see how the browser has anything to do with it. I upload an audio file and run it thru the dropbox transcription and it comes out like that. I have opened the transcription in other browsers now and it doesn't change. you can copy the transcription and paste it - like I have done as well from dropbox in the above response and it doesn't change it. it has nothing to do with the browser. the transcription program for some reason is hearing a french accent and deciding to translate sections into french. 

actually, I think the problem lies in that earlier one he said a few words in french and that may have messed w the ai somehow, but then to later actually translate what he says in english into french is crazy and shouldn't be happening.
