āFailed to download folderā error when trying to download content from a shared link.
Hi Dropbox Support, Iām reaching out for assistance regarding an issue Iāve encountered while trying to download folders that were shared with me. Despite having a Dropbox Professional account, Iām repeatedly receiving a āFailed to download folderā errorāeven when the folder only contains 2 small files. Iām aware of the 20,000-item and 20 GB download limits, but the folders Iām attempting to download are well below that threshold. Could you please advise what might be causing this error and how I can successfully download the shared folders? Thank you in advance for your support.
The 'download' button on the web fails or is unresponsive but only for one shared folder
I just got sent a shared folder. I keep hitting the 'download folder' and it is non responsive like I haven't clicked anything at all. I try individual files and those give me a notice 'failed to download'. No reason why. All other folders I have access to are responsive, only seems to be this folder. I've cleared cache and cookies which did not fix the issue.
The transcription changes language based on the accent of the speaker.
this is weird. so I have a speech from a french guy with a french accent but talking in english. when I run it through dropbox's transcription, several times the transcription translates what he is saying in english into french. this has happened more than once with different speakers with accents, it auto translates it into their native language.

Hello there, brand new MacBook Air M4 owner here Just a FYI your website is broken for us While going to either dropbox.com/desktop or dropbox.com/install both of the big blue buttons that are supposed to download a file, instead does absolutely nothing at all, and only renders a blank white page. I tried disabling popup blocker and content blocker for your website and it still does not work There's no way I'm the only one, it's a brand new machine
Dropbox job application not submitting
Hello! I'm trying to apply for a position at Dropbox but the website keeps failing when I press Submit. I have tried different browsers and have filled out the form 3 different times already. Comments on the website are covered by the menu pop-up.
I have received some comments from a consultant on a pdf set of plans from a consultant. When I go to click on the comment to read it, the three dots for options, the tick to mark the thread as resolved and the emoji reaction all obscure the right hand side of the text so the comment can not be read. I would suggest moving these three options up so that each comment can be read in full. Current hack is to click on the comment to get the gist of it and then go back out to find it so you can read it in full.
