My music files are stored on a USB Drive plugged into my laptop I also have the 5TB Dropbox Cloud Storage with Rekordbox Pro Subscription I created a series of playlists in Rekordbox and drag/dropped my tracks from USB drive into the corresponding Playlists, organised by Genre Afrobeats Electro Dubstep Etc... Once all of my tracks were in Rekordbox, I then enabled Cloud Sync in Rekordbox Settings After a day or so I noticed that I had a whole other series of duplicate Playlists... Afrobeats (1) Electro (1) Dubstep (1) All of my playslists are now duplicated with the original playlists, plus these others with (1) It's very off putting How can I fix this? I have a password program on my pc that saves the data base file to Documents\My Safes when it closes. Do I have to direct the program to save to the DBox folder instead of the...\My Safes folder if I wish to have the file automatically synced with Drop Box each time it is updated? For a few days now (looks like the issues started mid-march 2025), the to-dos lists on Paper are no longer synced. This happens on the web UI and on the Paper app (used on 2 different devices). Both lists are consistent (what I see on the web is exactly the same as what I see on the app), but the lists are not consistent with the Paper documents. For instance: A to-do removed on a Paper document is still on the to-dos list, A to-do that had been completed on the Paper document is still marked as "to-do" on the to-dos list, A to-do which due date had been changed stills have the old date on the list. Note that I'm using Dropbox Paper for years, and it's the first time I'm having this issue. I encounter a 100% reproducible but very weird error. I have two machines running Ubuntu Linux, my laptop (24.10) and my server (22.04). I used to use Dropbox to keep the files on both of them in sync for years and it has always worked perfectly (I am on a paid plan and have a pretty large amount of files). I use the latest version of the dropbox client for linux on both machines. Now the problem: When the dropbox client is running on my laptop and I start up the dropbox client on the server, reliably, after about 10 seconds, my local laptop freezes and kills my X session (i.e., all apps are killed, I am logged out and presented with a login screen). In the meantime, on the server, the dropbox client has been killed but the server keeps running just fine. This is very disconcerting, how can what I do on the remote machine cause my local machine to crash?? Any advice on what I could try to resolve this? I have already tried setting up the limit for inotify with sudo sysctl -w fs.inotify.max_user_watches=100000 Any help would be greatly appreciated! Hello, I work for a company that uses Dropbox for our file storage. About a month or two ago our team began encountering problems saving 2D drawings (.dwg) to Dropbox. This only occurs when attempting to save a new iteration and not on file creation. It seems to be a Dropbox issue and not the application as saving outside of a synced folder or quitting Dropbox before the save will allow it to complete error free. Hello, My Dropbox app on iPad is not syncing with my Windows 11 desktop. For example, when I open a mind mapping software that I use (Xmind) and try to open a mind map that I saved in Dropbox desktop: beside the Dropbox icon, there is a circle formed by two arrows with an exclamation point inside of the circle. I cannot find any information in Dropbox support files on this specific icon. I am guessing it is indicating some sort of sync issue.
