Dropbox isn't populating when clicking on a shared link
I create a dropbox link with assets in it, and then I share it on a google spreadsheet so that my bosses can go in and look at what I have chose to schedule for social media for that day. Sometimes I need to open the links too, to review what I have selected. However, sometime yesterday an issue began where when I click on the link, the page endlessly loads and I cannot duplicate an existing dropbox tab either. The same thing happens, where the page just loads and loads and loads. I already tried clearing my cache, and restarting my computer.

Could you try another browser or an incognito window with no extensions or plugins running and let us know if you get the same results?
If you do, we'd appreciate a screenshot too so that we can have a visual.

Well, I do not want to have to switch between browsers as a work-around. Is this something that cannot be fixed?

Ashley SYC, can you also check your default browser for any pending updates?
Restoring your browser to its default settings and disabling any browser plugins may also help. The issue you're experiencing may be the result of a security setting or a plugin that you have installed on your browser.

Hi Nancy, I checked my default browser for updates, and there was one. I relaunched the browser to finish completing the update. Then I reset settings. However, Dropbox.com still will not load properly. I am not having this issue with any other website.

Hmm, I see. Can you send me a screenshot of what you see on your end? What’s your default browser that has this issue?

How can I send you a screen-recording? That would be better to show. In the recording you will see how the page looks when i fist click the dropbox link, then youll see how it looks when i click it a second time, and so on so forth until the page finally does indeed populate properly. I repeatedly refresh the page until it populates properly.

Ok. Screenshot is attached. As you can see, the page is half-populated. There are some elements. This is most likely the case. Sometimes, nothing at all appears, just the dropbox loading icon. And then rarely, the page fully populates and everything is fine. Probably one in twenty tries does the page fully populate and everything appears fine.
