Suggestions for commenting feature

1. When a link is shared freely, and a recipient accesses the file and authenticates, you can't mention them (you can only mention "contacts").  They should be mention-able.

2. links pasted in comments are not live.

3. Comments from Microsoft Office ecosystem should interact/be interpreted the same within Dropbox's commenting ecosystem.

4. Support for images inside a comment.
