Videos shared through Dropbox play on MacBook but do not play when connected to external display
Got a a shared video through dropbox. When I play it it works but as soon as I plug into to an external display (Samsung TV via hdmi) is does not work. On the browser (Chrome and Safari incognito, private window) I get an error, "your file may be corrupted or your browser does not support the file". I even downloaded the video and it plays on quicktime but as soon as I connect to the external display it stops working. What issue am I experiencing?
Thanks

Hey acam5 - thanks for letting us know about this.
Could you clarify the size of the file and send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting so that we can have a visual too?
Thanks@
