Can I recover a deleted account?

belive my account was deleted maybe last month anychance i can get it back it had files from 10 years or more  ago

    Did you delete your account using these steps? 

    If so, then I'm afraid it wouldn't be possible to restore the account or the files themselves, since this is a permanent action.
