I got a message that sharing was suspended due to a violation of the T&S

Hello,
I’m experiencing the same issue and would like to get in touch with your support team.

Thank you.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the response.

Actually, I couldn't use my primary account to post it here, and it's associated with my primary account. So I used this account to post it.

How can I share my primary account's email address?

    Thanks,
    Hasitha

There isnt anything wrong as such with Dropbox so there wont be updates here - sharing suspensions are due to sharing illegal content (including DCMA takedowns), viruses, malware or spam abuse reports. However, there are often false positives. Therefore it has to be resolved via Support.

Hi Mark, thanks for the link. I’m seeing the same message about sharing being suspended, so I’ll try reaching out to support as well. Just wanted to follow along here in case there are any updates from the community, too.

Hi serisolutions, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Are you referring to another thread, as you mentioned that you're experiencing the same issue?

Could you attach a screenshot showing the message you're receiving on the Dropbox site?

This will help me to assist further!
