No taskbar icon, no green circles, not right click menu items.

As the title says, I can't check the sync status as none of the items are available on my Windows 10 Pro Dell Precision laptop, which is 8 years old.  I read through several help articles, and I can'...

    Hey Sportsguy​, welcome to our Community! 

    The best course of action right now would be to use these steps to uninstall, and then reinstall the app. 

    Since you don't see the Dropbox icon on your taskbar, feel free to skip the first 3 steps when uninstalling the app. That should do the trick, and fix the issues you mentioned but you can let me know if it doesn't. 

    Keep in mind that you can't check the app's syncing status on the website.
