Hi there,
May I know if your personal account is subscribed to a paid subscription, or currently on a Basic free plan? Chances are, while on a Basic plan, the number of devices that can be linked is only limited to 3. That might be the case if the personal plan is indeed on Basic. To find out how many devices are currently linked to your personal plan, kindly log in to your personal plan first then click your Avatar( person icon or name initials) on the top right corner of your screen then click on Settings. Next, choose Security. Under security, scroll down until you see Devices. Kindly check if the devices are currently at 3 or more . Then you can bring it down to just 1 or 2 then you can try to link your enterprise account with your personal account by going to settings>general. Under general, just below your Personal email you will see either to Link your work account or Unlink. You click on Link then . Hope that helps.

That’ great to know. If one of your accounts is on an Enterprise plan, you actually have the 24/7 phone support so please take advantage of that option you have. You can ask a Dropboxer here to help you so you will be messaged personally if they need to obtain your email or phone number if needed. Hope this helps
