Issues with cancelling free trial
Hi, I had to re-install Dropbox on a mobile as it wasn't synch'ing properly and as part of the process the Dropbox app forced me to take the 2TB subscription as a trial (i could not just reload), i choose the annual payment option and the payment method is Google Play Store. I dont need 2TB of space so i am trying to cancel the trial which ends 9th July. However when i try to do this in the mobile app i click on 'your plan' (which states i have Dropbox plus) then click on how to cancel option, then click 'leave plus' it goes to a page that says 'manage subscription' but says we couldnt find your subscription. I then click the only option which is 'see current subscriptions' and it only shows the google one subscription i have, not the dropbox subscription. I am at a loss how to cancel the dropbox annual subscription option via google play store - please help?

Hi, I I'm a teacher and would like to upgrade to either professional or standard (if more teachers are interested). In order for my school to be able to order your product, I need a W( form (which I found from 2023 - is there a newer one?) and a vendor contact name. I'm not sure why but my school requires the name a of a person and not just company name for contact info. I emailed a while ago but never heard back. Could you help me please? Thank you, Kori
Allow a personal account to have more than 3 TB, or more than 4 TB with the add on
Hello, I'm a graphic designer with over 15 years of workload. This obviously equates to extreme files sizes. I was disappointed to learn Dropbox don't offer a package for single users over 3TB. I work solely and require more cloud space and don't want to have to upgrade to a 'per user' plan as this isn't cost effective. This option has to become available soon.
How to change from Plus to Professional, when I've been subscribed through Google Store?
Hi There I am wanting to upgrade my package for Dropbox. I am currently on Dropbox Plus and want to upgrade to Dropbox Professional. I originally bought my package through Google Play and it does not allow me to upgrade to Professional on Google Play only on the original Dropbox website. How do I go about changing my subscription and will I lose any of my files?
I upgraded but instead of 3TB, it seems that I have 4.5GB. Why?
I have upgraded my account, but the new quota still hasn't applied. When I open my account & subscription page it states I should have 3 TB, but my "personal account" (I only have one) still lists my quota as 4.5GB. As of now I cannot even access the elusive professional account with the higher quota.Option to purchase cold storage
It would be great to be able to purchase cold storage from dropbox so we could migrate old projects to a slower access storage. We would need to request to restore the data to our "warm" storage and could have a default time (ie. a few working days) but be able to pay to retrieve it fasters. (i.e. hours) This would allow us to keep all our data in the same place and be able to have a clean indexing of all the data.
