Solved

I can't see my files when I log in to the Dropbox website

I can log in to dropbox.com. I pay monthly. I cannot see a single file or folder on dropbox.com. I need to see them because I have some folders that are online only and do live on my harddrive.  has anyone found a fix?  The chat is a joke and doesn't help and apparently I'm not paying enough for an email or phone call support (outrageous). I hope you users of dropbox can help. thanks so much.

  • Hannah - can't thank you enough. My computer was auto logging me in with the wrong email. When I used the correct one, I now see my files.  I don't know how the change happened but I'm glad its resolved. Thanks again.

Hannah- I see it says basic 2G and it asks if I want to upgrade. Is there a way to figure out where my paid account is? The bill is on my credit card every month and I used to be able to see my files on dropbox.com but all of a sudden it looked different and I had no files. I'll take any help you can offer. Thanks so much. Rachel

Hi there, rwhaley, thanks for joining our Community.

Is it possible that you're logging in to a different account and not your paid one?

What do you see in the plan page in your account settings? Do you see that you're on a paid account or a free Basic one?

Let me know what you find.
