Not receiving the 6-digit code email to log in to my account
Good Day,
I am attempting to login to my work dropbox account, i am being asked to provide a authentication code that would be sent to my email address however i am not receiving this code. I have checked my spam/junk folder and also resent the code and still haven't received it.
I submitted a Dropbox Support Ticket as well. Any help would be appreciated.

I wasn't able to locate your ticket number, can you please include it in your next reply?
In the meantime, can you also add no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts and try to log in again, to see if that helps?

Good Day Hannah,
I added the no-reply email to my contact list and still unsuccessful logging into my account.
Also i didn't receive an email with the ticket number.

It sounds like your email services are possibly blocking Dropbox or similar - they come from different domains for support tickets and the 2FA codes. Its probably worth speaking with whoever hosts/manages the email systems to see what is blocking it

I wanted to add that if what Mark suggested, doesn't work, you can reach out to our support team again, since you didn't receive a ticket number.
To do so, you'll need to open a private browsing/incognito window and go to this page.
Submit your request and let us know your ticket number.

Thank you for the suggestions so far. Our system admins are not blocking the service as i tested creating a ticket with another email address and got an email confirmation. That ticket number is :25188818
