Limit offline files to max 10% of computer's hard drive capacity

I'd like to suggest a feature: the ability to limit offline files to 10% of the computer's hard drive capacity. This would be incredibly helpful for managing storage.

This way you avoid completely saturating the disk space, making the PC unusable.

Considering the current size of PC hard drives, the amount of files available offline is certainly sufficient for normal operation.
