I can't open my Excel files online. The website keeps loading and freezes.
Hi, I can't open my Excel files any more. Normaly I open them with the Excel for the Web option and work in them. Now it keeps on loading (right under in the screencorner) but it freezes/doesn't open. Has anybody an idea how to solve this?

Hey Camping Namaste, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Can you try clearing your browser's cache, to see if that helps?
Is this happening on multiple web browsers on your computer? If I were you, I'd try using a different browser too, just to check if the behavior remains consistent there.
Keep me posted!

Hi, it happened to me as well. It kept saying "Just a sec, loading the file..." but never get me there. I tried multiple browers, even on different computers but it doesn't work!

Hey Olivervu25 - thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Can you please clarify if you've tried an incognito window or another browser with no extensions or plugins running as well? What about a different network?
Is it affecting all of your Excel files, some, or just one? Have you ensured that this isn't caused by an antivirus, a firewall, or even a VPN/proxy setting?
